PME13 – High sensitivity proteomics

Within the EuPA standardization initiative, we are launching a Proteomics Multicentric Experiment (PME13) focused on High sensitivity proteomics (HSP).  This multicentric study will provide a unique opportunity to assess the performance and reproducibility of HSP experiments (from sample preparation to data analysis) within a specific lab and across multiple labs.

Any interested lab is invited to participate.

OBJECTIVES

    1. To assess the robustness and reproducibility of different HSP protocols.
    2. To deliver references to assess performance on HSP analysis.
    3. To provide a reference sample for HSP protocol standardization.
    4. To provide a data analysis workflow.

AGENDA

    • Launching of PME13: March 15th, 2023.

OBJETIVOS

Reunir

Reunir a todas las personas, sociedades y entidades industriales, privadas o estatales,
interesadas en el desarrollo de la Proteómica en España.

Promover

Promover la investigación científica y tecnológica hacia el desarrollo de nuevos métodos y productos utilizables en Proteómica.

Impulsar

Impulsar la formación científica y técnica de sus miembros mediante la organización de actividades adecuadas en materias relacionadas con el campo de la Proteómica

Coordinar

Coordinar y estimular contactos entre sus miembros y entre éstos y los de otros sectores científicos, tecnológicos económicos y humanísticos, cuyos intereses sean convergentes

Propiciar

Propiciar y organizar la participación de los asociados en actividades nacionales e
internacionales, manteniendo relaciones o intercambios con otras sociedades afines.

Formar

Fomentar la formación de todas aquellas personas que sientan interés por la Proteómica, sean o no miembros de la sociedad.
