Postdoc at MC Durán Lab, INIBICA-UCA, Cádiz

We are looking for candidates interested in applying for a post-doctoral contract with the research group IN-CO-06 – “Cardiovascular regenerative therapy and applied proteomics” attached to the Institute for Research and Innovation in Biomedicine of Cadiz and the University of Cadiz, under the direction of Dr. Ma Carmen Durán Ruiz.

Candidate profile:
-Demonstrated experience in the application of proteomic tools/strategies and mass spectrometry, fundamentally directed to the biomedical field, and more specifically, although not exclusively, at the cardiovascular level.
-Experience in downstream bioinformatics analysis (quantitative analysis Maxquant, Perseus, Peaks, Skyline, etc as well as IPA, Cytoskape and similar.
-Experience in cell culture and/or working with animal models, as well as related analysis tools (flow cytometry, microscopy, etc) will be a plus.

In case of being selected and obtaining the contract requested through the Junta de Andalucía, the candidate will join an interdisciplinary working group with the possibility of collaboration and participation in various projects currently being carried out. The working conditions are determined in the terms and conditions of this call, and the place of work will be in Cadiz.
